About us

On Telecoms was the first telecoms provider to offer triple play services in Greece. We offer a wide range of innovative telephony, internet and digital TV (IPTV) services to residential customers, small business and enterprises.

 

We welcomed our first customer on March 2007 and since then we are constantly evolving to offer innovative services and quality support. Our presence changed the Greek telecoms market; in a very short time since our founding, we completed the development of our proprietary network infrastructure in Athens, using next-generation technology. On November 2009 we expanded in Thessaloniki. On October 2009 we acquired Vivodi Telecom and achieved the operational integration of the two companies within a few months.

 

We are the telecommunication provider with the most integrated and viable solution in Greece. Our customers can choose the combination of fixed telephony, internet and TV that suits their needs best, at the most competitive prices.

Management team

Our management team possesses a unique experience in starting - up telecom companies and introducing new broadband services internationally , as well as an excellent knowledge of the Greek telecoms market:

  • Gregoris Anastasiadis – Managing Director

    Grigoris Anastasiadis, On Telecoms Managing Director, is a Senior Executive with more than 30 years of experience in senior management positions in large firms and organizations, mainly in the Telecommunications sector. He contributed considerably to the development and public listing of the Panafon-Vodafone (1993-2000) and Public Power Corporation (2000 -2006) from his critical position as CFO. Moreover he has been Managing Director of Panafon Services and his substantial experience has been further enriched due to his participation in many management boards of various companies (Panafon-Vodafone, Panavox, Tellas etc). He also has been employed in Ericsson Telecommunications and Arthur Andersen.

     

  • Gregoris Tsougrianis - Business Development & Customer Services Director

    Grigoris Tsougrianis has more than 13 years of experience in managerial positions in the Telecommunications sector, Broadcast Media and IT industries. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of Patras. Grigoris started his career as the Technical Project Manager of Sysware SA, implementing large scale IT and Telecoms projects for the Public and Banking Sector. From 2000 to 2003 he served as the IT Director of Eleftheri Tileorasi SA (Alter Channel) and from 2003 to 2005 he held the position of the Chief Technology Officer of Altec Telecoms SA. In 2006 he was appointed as General Manager of Altec Telecoms SA and in November 2007 became a member of the Board of Directors of the company. In 2009 he joined On Telecoms S.A. as the Business Development & Customer Services Director.

     

  • John Loussidis – Sales Director

    John Loussidis has 15 years of experience in the Telecom Market. He joined On Telecoms on April 2007. Prior to On Telecoms he was a member of the management team that founded ΟΤΕGlobe. From 2001 to 2006 he held the position of the Sales Manager of ΟΤΕGlobe, with duties that included the supervising of the worldwide sales and particularly the sales channels in Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, FYROM and Turkey. In addition he was a member of the management team of the OTE Group Business/ Booking Office for the Athens Olympic Games 2004. From 1998 to 2000 he worked for AT&T Hellas where he held the position of the Sales Manager for Greece and Cyprus, being rewarded with the “Top Contributor in the Mediterranean” Award. Formerly he had worked as a Computer Analyst for the Canadian National Railroad in Montreal. John has a remarkable experience and knowledge of the Mediterranean, the Balkan and Middle East Telecom Market. He holds a Diploma in the Computer Science from the Dawson College of Montreal and an MBA in Total Quality Management from the Leicester University of London.

     

  • George Mavrokoukoulakis - ΙΤ Director

    George Mavrokoukoulakis possesses 15 years of professional experience, of which 7 concern the telecoms sector. He has a significant experience in information systems. Prior to On Telecoms he worked for IT companies (Unisoft, Intracom), implementing major telecommunication projects in Greece and abroad (S.A. Europe, Middle East). Since 2003 he has been working in the telecoms (Vivodi, On Telecoms) holding a number of important positions.

     

  • Niki Papageorgiou - Finance Director

    Niki Papageorgiou holds a Bachelor of Economic Science degree from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She has more than 20 years experience in Accounting and Financial Management in local and multinational companies such as ALPHA COPY S.A., AKZO NOBEL S.A., PPG Hellas S.A., ALSTOM Infrastructure Hellas S.A. Niki is a Fellow Member of Institute of Financial Accountants and a Chairperson of Commission for Accounting, Taxation and IFRS for Greece in the European Economic Chamber of Greece (Brussels).

  • Andreas Rialas - Chairman

    Andreas Rialas is CEO & CIO of Argonaftis. He has over 17 years of experience in emerging markets assets. Prior to founding the Argo business, he was a VP at Deutsche Bank from 1997 to 2000 where he was involved in emerging markets proprietary trading and trade finance specialist products. Before that, he was at London Forfaiting Asia Ltd as Head of Secondary Debt Trading in emerging markets. He studied law at the University of London and trained as an English Barrister specializing in Banking Law.

  • Tassos Kazinos – Executive Vice-Chairman

    Tassos Kazinos has more than 15 years experience in the technology and media industries and prior to joining On telecoms, he was the COO of Player-X, a mobile content company, responsible for integrating their operations across Europe, Asia and the Americas, raising capital and selling the company. Before Player X, he was the CEO of Neos Interactive, a software development company providing IPTV and broadband entrainment services to luxury hotels worldwide. He also co-founded Fish Eye, LLC, an independent film production company in Los Angeles and worked for Bain & Company, a leading strategy consulting firm. While at Bain, he consulted to private equity, media and telecommunications companies on business strategy and acquisitions. Also, Tassos served for 4 years as the Executive Director of the Albert Abela Corporation, a €1,4B foodservice and hotel group, with the mandate to restructure the business, manage the sale of assets and oversee the distribution of proceeds to shareholders. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and he is a graduate of the London School of Economics with a First Class Honours degree in Industrial and Business Economics.

     

  • Marios Stellakis – Member

    Marios Stellakis, a CFA Charterholder, is working at the Argo Capital Management and his duties include equity research, private equity, structured credit and relative value trading. He has gained a wide experience in investment banking including asset management, proprietary trading and brokerage operations while working as a licensed broker at Parma Brokerage. Besides his extensive trading floor experience and financial modeling, he has worked as project manager developing software and IT solutions for the finance industry. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago (Fulbright Scholar) and a BEng in computer science from Imperial College (Commonwealth Scholar).

     

  • George Stathopoulos – Member

    George Stathopoulos has more than 30 years of experience in the IT and the Telecommunications sector with specialization in International Sales and Operations. He possesses a strong academic background in both Electrical Engineering and Business Administration. He started his career in Intracom, the largest telecom manufacturer and networks integrator in South-Eastern Europe and for eight years he served the company as General Director of Marketing and Sales, achieving an approximately eight hundred million Euros (€ 800,000,000) annual turnover. He also led the company’s business expansion in more than sixty countries all over the world via a network of local subsidiaries, affiliates and associates. He has also served as member the B.o.D. of Intrasoft, the largest software and systems integrator in Greece. In addition, he held the position of the Chairman of Intrakat, the leading company of complex, high technology construction projects that serves both the public and private sectors. During the last five years he has been employed as an advisor in the Telecommunications sector and is involved in investments concerning renewable energy systems.

     

  • Loukas Dimitriou - Member

    Loukas Dimitriou is a member of the Investment Committee and an Executive Director of Argo Capital Management. He is the Head of Back Office Operations and Settlements. Additionally his is the Fund Accountant and the main person in the Risk Management department. Before Argo, he worked as a Stockbroker/ Investment Consultant with Citi Principal Investments Ltd. He was also the Sales Manager of financial products for Minerva Insurance Company. He got a Masters degree in Finance from the University of Manchester after graduating with a BSc in Economics from Economic University of Athens. He is also a holder of the professional competence license: “Supervision of Customer Portfolio Management” from CySEC.
