Activation

• How and when will I receive my equipment?

  If you have applied for a combination that offers internet and/ or TV, we will call you in order for you to inform us on when and where better suits you to collect your equipment. Courier, free of charge, will send the equipment. Along with the equipment your will receive the hardcopy of the application form for you to sign and keep a copy for yourself.
  
  The aforementioned does not apply to subscribers of combinations that only offer telephony, since no extra equipment is required for the certain service. In this case, you will receive only the hardcopy of the application form for you to sign and keep a copy for yourself.

   

• When is my service going to be activated?

  Your service activation process starts within 24 hours from the time we receive your signed application form along with all the necessary documents.

  
  

  The duration of your service activation depends on the type of program that you have chosen and your current provider.

  
  

  If you already have a line, your service will be activated within 10 working days.

  
  

  After your service activation is completed, you may install your equipment on your own - no extra settings are required - and start enjoying the services you have selected.
